Shipping FAQ
Shipping to warmer climates condenses the product and may causes the butters to melt during transport. If this occurs, refrigerate the butter to return to a solid state. Although it is no longer whipped, it is still safe and effective to use. If you would like to return it to a whipped form again, you can also whip it again after it is refrigerated and in a soft state.
